2.Your account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

3. Contract
You hereby declare that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally responsible. If you are under 18, purchases on our site must be made on your behalf by a parent or guardian. Purchases can be paid by using the secure PayPal or Moneybookers site or by bank transfer to F.H.U. ET TOI account. Any possible additional costs incurred during bank transfer process are the responsibility of the buyer. When you choose to pay by transfer directly to F.H.U. ET TOI's account, please note that you are obliged to pay as soon as you have sent your order. It is possible that we may send you your product before the money has reached our account. However, your obligation to pay is automatically legally binding. Shipping will follow on the day after payment is received. However, we are not responsible for any delays on the part of the postal company.
Although F.H.U. ET TOI does not take responsibility for any misuse of the transactions made on the Internet by a third party.

4. Copyright laws
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, images, photos and specific representations of some covers is the property of F.H.U. ET TOI. The copyright owners of covers, descriptions of products and trademarks are the publishing houses ELI PUBLISHING, La SPIGA MODERN LANGUAGES and (for 4 products) Lingua Ludica.

5. Site policies and modifications
We reserve the right to make changes to our website and the conditions of use and sale at any time. You will be subject to the conditions of use and sale that are in force at the time of using the website or ordering goods from us, unless any change to those policies or conditions is required to be made by law or any governmental authority (in which case it will also apply to orders made previously). If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, they will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining conditions.

6. Returns
Customers within the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days. You do not have to justify the reasons of your return and a full refund, excluding postage costs, will be paid. No penalty is due as long as the goods ordered has not been damaged.

7. Prices
The price includes VAT and packaging costs. The enforceable VAT is the Polish rate (5% for books or 23% for other didactic materials).

9. Litigation
In the event of litigation the court of jurisdiction will be Krakow/Poland.
