Payment, shipping and delivery

1. Availability of products
All items listed in our website as available for purchase are always in stock.

2. Prices
The prices include VAT and packaging costs. The enforceable VAT is the Polish rate (5% for books or 23% for other didactic materials).

3. Payment methods
We offer you 2 payment methods:
-PayPal payment gateway
-direct money transfer to our account (in euro)*

*Important! Any transfer fees are at your charge. If your bank charges us for your transfer, we won?t be able to send you the goods you ordered as long as you pay us the difference.

4. Postage costs
Postage costs are not included in the prices of products. They depend on size, weight and shipping destination of parcel and will always be calculated automatically during the procedure of configuration of details of your order and presentated before confirming your order.

5. Transport and delivery
The goods ordered will be sent via national postal services and international postal operators or courier companies to the address given when the order was placed. However, the address gives his/her agreement that should they be absent at delivery, the parcel may be left with someone in your family or caretaker.
If your purchase is undeliverable, it will be returned to us. A new shipment is then possible once the additional postage costs are paid.

6. Estimated delivery time
We usually ship books daily, from Monday through Friday, within 24 hours of receipt of your payment made by PayPal or direct money transfer. The delivery time depends on what shipping method you choose:

Delivery within European Union

Priority post (priority shipping via postal operators)	3-6 working days
Shipping via UPS services	2-6 working days

Delivery outside European Union

	Delivery time
Regular post (economic shipping via postal operators)	3-6 weeks*
Priority post (priority shipping via postal operators)	7-14 working days
Shipping via UPS services	7-10 working days

*As for the delivery addresses in East Asia, South America and Australia letters and parcels shipped by the regular post (economic shipping) sometimes need more than 8-12 weeks to arrive at customer.

**The delivery times presented are revised occasionally due to changes in technology, distribution and volume. The transit times reflect the regular delivery schedule, but are not guaranteed.

***If you choose the UPS services, it is always possible to check online the delivery status of your parcel. As for the postal services (standard economic shipping and priority shipping), take into consideration that, in most cases, several postal operators take care of the delivery to you of the goods ordered and currently there is no online integrated tracking history system for various international postal services. Nevertheless if in your country it is possible to check online the delivery status of the postal shipments from abroad, we can let you know the number of your shipment and thanks to it you will be able to check the delivery status of your letter or parcel since it will be received by your postal operator.
