This clear and comprehensive guide takes the teacher step by step through the course, offering numerous activities for optimal use of the materials.
For each unit, the guide provides an outline of the communicative elements, vocabulary and linguistic structures.
In order to make the most of all course contents, units are divided into "Preparatory work", "Use of the texts" and "Activities".

The student's book is divided into 12 units, starting with a double-page cartoon spread which highlights the main communicative, structural and linguistic aspects.
In this first volume, the units include aspects which are important in young children's lives; introducing yourself, school, the house, the time, holidays. There's also a short guided tour of Paris covering the most famous monuments, as well as postcards of important French cities.
Four pages of various activities then follow: exercises, craft, songs, rhymes and poetry. The two Révision et approfondissement units are particularly useful, whilst the final unit Pour s'amuser includes traditional songs and engaging craft activities to make Christmas, Carnival and Easter even more special.
